hey, the best things you could to to tone those areas is firstly make sure you are having the proper calorie intake to build muscle. The workouts I recommend would be: legs and butt- squats, lunges, box jumps, hip raises, kickbacks, and grand plié.
abs-crunches, planks and side planks, mountain climbers, side twists, and leg lifts.
Make sure to mix it up and increase as you go.
